### How They Work Together

The four settings work independently, but each plays a different role. 

* The model and chat mode shape the foundation of your conversation, defining the AI's capabilities and response style. 
* Temperature and Content Diversity fine-tune the experience, influencing how predictable the language is and how much variety the character brings to each reply. 

For the best results, choose your model and mode first, then adjust the other two settings.

**💡 Tip:** A good starting point is to set your preferred model and chat mode, then try a temperature of 0.75 and Content Diversity of 0.7. Adjust one parameter at a time and test two or three messages before evaluating the results. This makes it easier to identify which setting works best for you.

**⚠️ Note:** Keep in mind that these settings may work best when configured at the beginning of a conversation. For a fair comparison, start a new chat when testing different configurations.
